This “Flexible and Convenient” option is designed for customers who need peace of mind and control over their booking, especially those with tight schedules or who are traveling.

Refundable: You can get a full refund, minus a $30 office fee, if you cancel with at least 12 hours’ notice within 180 days of your purchase. After 180 days, your purchase is non-refundable.

Important Weight Guidelines for Tandem Skydiving
For everyone’s safety and optimal operation – a standard practice across all skydiving centers – we have specific weight requirements for tandem skydiving:
Male maximum weight: 240 lbs
Female maximum weight: 220 lbs
A Heavy Student Fee $35 applies to anyone over 200 lbs. This non-negotiable fee goes directly to your instructor for the extra effort needed to ensure a safe and smooth landing.
Important Notes
No Refunds for Exceeding Limits: If you’re over the maximum weight limit on the Skydive Houston scale on jump day, you won’t be able to jump, and we can’t offer a refund. Your safety is our top priority!
- Call Us if You’re Close: If you’re near the weight limits, please call or visit us beforehand. This way, we can confirm your eligibility and help you avoid any disappointment on your jump day.
Your weight will be measured on our commercial-grade scale, and that measurement is final. Please stick to these guidelines to guarantee a safe and truly enjoyable skydiving experience.

NO PERSONAL CAMERAS (STRICTLY PROHIBITED): Personal cameras, GoPros, and smart glasses are STRICTLY PROHIBITED for students during the skydive for safety reasons. There are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule, even if the device is a prescription smart glass or eyewear.

When booking your jump with a deposit, here’s what you need to know:
- Deposit Amount: A $55 deposit is required.
- Non-Refundable: This deposit is non-refundable, no exceptions. It will be applied to your balance due on jump day.
- Full Price Applies: When paying a deposit, the full jump price applies:
- $249 for Weekday jumps
- $269 for Weekend jumps
- Save with Prepay: Want to save some cash? Consider our prepay options to get a $50 discount on your jump!
Booking & Cancellation Policies
- 48-Hour Notice for Changes: We require 48 hours notice for any booking changes.
- Reschedule Fee: A $50 fee per person applies to changes made less than 48 hours from your reservation time.
- Deposit is Final: Please note that your deposit is non-refundable even if you cancel, including for bookings made with third-party vouchers. No exceptions.
Transparency & Pricing
At Skydive Houston, we believe in transparent pricing. We do not charge hidden fees, taxes, or extra surcharges to make a jump. All fees mentioned above are a direct result of not complying with our disclosed policies. These fees are non-negotiable, and our office staff does not have the authority to waive them. What you see is what you pay.

- NO ID, NO JUMP! A valid government-issued ID is required for all jumpers.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer or tandem discount.
- FRAUD, MISREPRESENTATION, AND LEGAL ACTION: The use of stolen or unauthorized credit cards, fraudulent documents, or the misrepresentation of age/identity constitutes fraud. To prevent fraud, Skydive Houston conducts identity and payment verification checks, and all telephone communications are recorded. If fraud is detected: Service will be immediately refused. All payments made will be forfeited, and Skydive Houston reserves the right to notify law enforcement authorities and pursue legal action to recover the cost of any services utilized or attempted.
