Skydive Houston wants to make your visit to our dropzone as comfortable and safe as possible whether you are first timer or this is your home. Please read the following policies or call 1-800-JUMPOUT for more information on our policies:

• Skydive Houston's refund policy is that there are no refunds with the purchase of
  skydiving jumps. On a case by case basis, we may provide a refund for a $50.00
  administration charge at Skydive Houston's discretion. We do offer Rainchecks, which have
  a 12-month redemption time period from date of issue and are transferable.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in any of our skydiving programs. A valid form of identification is required before you can skydive.

• All tandem students must be under 270 lbs. An Airlift Surcharge (ALS) will be added to the tandem price for anything over 230 lbs. All Static Line and AFF students must be under 260 lbs. Any students over 230 lbs will be evaluated by an Instructor. Skydiving is an extremely physical activity; you must be in decent physical condition to participate in this sport.

• Any students over the age of 65 will need a doctor's written medical clearance prior to jumping.

• We have the right to refuse service to anyone.

• Dropzones are adult playgrounds. You must be responsible for your own kids.

• For all experience skydivers, we enforce all beer rules!
