Skydive Houston's Policies
Skydive Houston wants to make your visit to our dropzone as comfortable and safe as possible whether you are first timer or this is your home. Please read the following policies or call 1-800-JUMPOUT for more information on our policies:

Skydive Houston's refund policy is that there are no refunds with the purchase of
skydiving jumps. On a case by case basis, we may provide a refund for a $50.00
administration charge at Skydive Houston's discretion. We do offer Rainchecks, which have
a 12-month redemption time period from date of issue and are transferable.

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in any of our skydiving programs.

All jumpers must be under 230 lbs; there is a $30.00 airlift charge for tandem passengers over 230 lbs and $50.00 airlift charge for tandem passengers over 250 lbs. Passengers over 240 lbs will be evaluated by an instructor on a case by case basis. Skydiving is an extremely physical activity; you must be in decent physical condition to participate in this sport.

Any students over the age of 65 will need a doctor's written medical clearance prior to jumping.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone.

Dropzones are adult playgrounds. You must be responsible for your own kids.
